Three Performance Scores

Here are my three performance scores that I thought up:

Gym -
Four people take part. Three people working out, one person is the spotter for whoever is doing sit-ups (they hold their feet down). One person does 20 push-ups. One person does 20 jumping jacks, and one person does 20 sit-ups. The fourth person is holding down the feet of the sit-up person. Once the person has finished their set, they exit the stage (spotter is part of the the sit-ups, they exit with the sit-up person). The scene is over after all people exit the stage.

The Human Beat -
Three or more people can take part. They must create a techno / dance beat using their mouths. One person starts off, with one pattern, and the others join in, overlapping the previous patterns, as the beat progresses. Continue for one minute. After one minute, the scene is over.

A Metaphor For Life -
Four or more people can take part. All participants slowly shamble aimlessly around the stage with blank faces / expressions. Continue for one minute. After one minute, the scene is over.
